Please allow 1-2 days after your order has been placed for processing and packing.
For urgent shipments please contact us, so we can make sure your order will reach you in time.
International Deliveries:
We offer international delivery - please contact us with your order details, and we will assist you with processing and shipping options. If you are order value is over $75 or in general for all international orders, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance, as we don’t undertake responsibility for any damage to items during transit that are shipped outside of Singapore.
Delivery Confirmation:
Once you place your order online, we will send you an email acknowledging the receipt of your order. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a second email with shipping information and expected delivery date/time.
Order Cancellation
Orders of in-stock items may be canceled if you contact us before they are dispatched. Once your package is en route, our return and exchange policies apply.
Returns and Exchanges
We only offer Exchange, no Returns. Our Exchange policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
Shipping
To exchange your product, please bring it to our office at 02-02, 43 Keppel Road within 14 days of purchase.
If you are mailing it to us, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item, including shipping for the new item chosen in exchange for the old item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
